Individual Health Insurance I have been assisting individuals and families enroll in ACA Health Plans since the fall of 2013. I can help you determine your eligibility for a subsidy and decide which plan is right for you. The Open Enrollment Period is from October 15 - December 7. During the Open Enrollment Period, you can apply for coverage or change your plan. If you have experienced a Qualifying Life Event outside of the Open Enrollment Period (i.e. losing your employer health plan, just moved to North Carolina, are getting married, having a baby, etc.), you may qualify for a Special Enrollment.
